Mono is better now!
This post is about the progress of Mono.

Since I started using Ubuntu for a few weeks, I found that Mono was not mature enough.
However, MonoDevelop 0.10 ships with a GUI designer which indicates that Mono now can be RAD a little bit. I will try it soon.
